Escaping the Columbus 3 with her hologrammatic colleague Howard Rimmer, upon her arrival on board Red Dwarf Crawford showed a variety of traits uncharacteristic of the simulant race, including basic politeness, a desire to assist her shipmates, and almost no murderousness whatsoever.

At least until she found her way to the munitions store, that is, at which point she attempted to reunite with her simulant brothers and sisters and kick-start a brutal rebellion.
