Nothing wrong with concession and humility. Nor in leaving posts in place to preserve the flow of the conversation.

Why do you keep bumping these old threads? Are you bored?

I was, yes! Wasn't aware it was a crime?

Maybe you should try starting some interesting new threads...? :x

Nothing wrong with bringing back old threads, least something is happening

Agree! Bluey is just being pedantic for the sake of it!

But... This red dwarf drama idea sounds terrible!!

It isn't, but you don't appear to be adding anything worthwhile to the ones you're bumping. At least have a reason for bumping old threads.

Well I could be like you and never write a new thread, only comment on old threads moaning about people bumping them and only ever reply in the "currently" thread informing people I am "reading new messages" or "on YouTube"!

Not everyone is the same - no one is forcing you to reply or read the comments! I just happened to find this tread interesting as I think a drama, especially one as inaccurate as the one proposed on this very tread, would be a terrible idea. In my opinion none of the new threads are particularly interesting so I started reading some of the old ones! Care to comment on that or just moan about bumping which, with respect, is not really my problem that you happen to disapprove? :x

Maybe you should. That way you might not come across as a tedious attention-seeker.

Hardly attention seeking is it - to reply to an old thread?
Derailing it and starting arguments on the other hand...

I'm happy with myself, as I find most of your comments ironically negetitve and with the immense ability to suck any fun or enjoyment out of this forum. But carry on as you are - who am I to tell you what you can and can't post! I could easily be like you and sit there banging on about how I am "currently" doing.... (Insert three word sentence here) or blogging about you reading Wikipedia articles and that you're "currently" doing a poo or what have you... I prefer actual conversation - and If that means re-examining old posts then why shouldn't we? And clearly talkie toaster above agrees as do the other members who replied. So yeah, I'll stay as I am thanks! You may think just because you're on this forum most of the day and for the longest that you can tell people what to do - but, sadly, you can't! 8)

Then again, it's easy to criticise... Maybe you should change your attitude a bit? :?
