Get your self a large onion use the largest two or three rings off it. Get largest ring and surround the inner side with grated cheddar. Stick next sized ring back in and repeat twice more. Then cover entire thing with mincemeat and make burger shape. Then soak in beaten eggs before rolling in crunchy onion bits. Finally deep fry or grill. Best food ever.

I'm trying to imagine what that would look like.

Kinda like a burger with a gooey cheesy oniony filling. It's well nice and the crunchy onion coating give it the finishing touch

I'll try and find the site i found it on. They also had whole roast deboned chicken pie. Which is a whole uncooked chicken. Stuffed with sliced veg. Then covered in sliced cheese and ham. Then finally wrapped in pastry and cooked like a pie. I wanna try that to, as well as bacon butter, which is grilled bacon and its juices chopped finely then added to some butter, mixed in a bowl then froze . It can't be spread, but it is great left to melt over a favourite meal
