Currently still in admiration of the new forum. Also glad we no longer have that annoying long wait after clicking the post button.

It was actually this very thing that inspired me to talk to @Seb about moving to XenForo.

I assume that must have been down to the number of subscription emails being sent while the message was being saved. In XF that will never happen because all emails are just added to a queue (very quickly) and then processed in the background.

EDIT: I know he's meant to be baring his teeth, but I like to think he has a white moustache. Like a stern retired colonel.

I am cooking lasagne today. Cooking to freeze for work. Yesterday was potato bake and pasta bake.

Currently trying to work out what else I want to make and freeze for work before I go to the shops.

currently, narcissitically narcissiticly narcisstiacally [whatever, spelling, it has to be a word .....] looking at my OWN profile, and trying to figure how to make it ..... more to my liking. it's embarassing that anyone online right now, would see ME looking at MY own profile [yes, i understand, i can turn off [at least for the average viewer] what i'm seen to be doing but ... it's complicated, i'm so vain, i really don't want to be percieved as one who's hiding one's narcissitic narcissticticle, anyway, [word i can't spell] tendencies].

short form, i'm looking at my profile, and trying to see, how i can make it work, for ... ME. i think that means i'm somewhat normal. one should care, about how one's profile appears to others. still ... in america right now, it's criminal for one to think of one's selves. sorry.

Currently thinking of another emoticon I'd like to have... the LMAO emoticon: it's that lil dude that has blue shoes, and looks like he's rolling about, laughing hysterically and thumping the ground.

The 'LMAO emoticon' would be a face laughing so hard that it then loses a large piece of its mass, falls off balance from having a new center of mass, and falling over face-first.
However, I'd prefer the 'LOMA emoticon', of a face upon a donkey laughing so hard it falls off said donkey.
I'd also be fine with the 'MALO emoticon', of a couple of cheeks laughing so hard that they fall out of the picture.

I had a depressing dream last night about a certain long-gone forum member returning.

Good morning, Abe. Yes, I'm up early and feeling nicely refreshed. Just a shame about the above dream I mentioned. I hope it doesn't come true.
