Yes, that's true and that was the best episode of series 7.
Just got back from the local Tandoori, Smeg some of the smells coming from the kitchen were making my eyes water and that was just from what I could smell so Christ knows what its going to be eating like come 9pm - hence why I've put a bottle of Evian in the Fridge just in case.
I made sure that I ordered the mildest stuff they had on the menu because I can't really do hot food, Chicken Tikka and Meat Korma shouldnt be that bad... Should it? When in Rome and all that.
Almost makes me wish I'd bought a chicken tikka masala from my local restaurant now.
Instead I'm currently making a microwave curry.
Chicken Tikka is very pleasant - usually quite mild (unless the restaurant specifically sets out to make it spicy). Meat Korma, from my experience, is a bit on the hotter side.
If you're looking for something to alleivate the spice burn, I'd suggest something carbonated (lager would be very Dwarvian, but if you're avoiding alcohol, Cola or Sprite). If you're looking for a healthy alternative, a glass of milk is best for killing spice, but in a pinch, a glass of 3/4 Orange Juice and 1/4 Sparkling Water is great.
Damn, I want curry now...but I must stay strong - fried egg chili sauce and chutney sandwiches await this evening!
I'm having chinese, not really the same, but at least it's a Takeaway!
For Christ's sake, don't mention Chinese!
Don't worry, theres plenty
Theres loads, you can have a bit of mine.
I appreciate the very much welcomed input MORE INPUT lol!
How could I not have a Can (or two or three currently chilling in my Fridge) of Lager, so I apologise to anyone who may see me under the influence of being rather slightly inebriated tonight.
I just cracked up at this, especially for the double meaning, two jokes or at least two nods to jokes- you know what I mean lol in one
i'l eat a microwave curry, i love them!
Well I hope you're not drinking from a boring old can or glass. Surely one of those big ale brewing jar's like Lister uses in F&S would be more appropriate.
I just remembered how much speculation that jar caused when the first publicity shots started to leak out. Loads of people thought it was his "brain in a vat" jar from Out of Time.
It's going to be fun to see all the false speculation when the series is over.
Don't really do Tikka or Korma. Prefer hotter stuff
Gents, I shall be drinking out of this tonight.
You obviously love them so much you had to tell us 3 times! :P
I'm continuing with my weekly tradition of watching the previous episodes of the series before the new one.
Just hoping the heavy rain shuts up in the next hour...
Not all that many people on the board right now considering there's less than 15 minutes remaining.
Why would they be here? :?
I am going to watch 'Lemons' while drunk. Which I pretty much am right now.
