back to earth part 1 sound great. reminds me of polymorph
The description of the creature as a "leviathan" makes me think of Back To Reality's Despair Squid.
is that a Staples "easy" button I see sitting in front of the Cat?
Also, how do I put up an avatar?
Go into 'Profile' near the top of the page (to the right of 'Logged in as...'). You can use one you found on the net or select one from the gallery.
looks pretty good, glad to see i'm not the only one about on the web jumping up and down with excitement with this event! I wonder how they manage to get back to 2009 (didn't the clock in future echos read 2077?) but then again the show is very muddled up with when its set, but hey, I dont mind, i'm en enlightend 23rd century guy Looking foward to all of this!!
P.S Love Krytens Hawain Shirt!
There's a lot of suggestions of the meta-fiction stuff being illusions or visions like in Back To Reality but considering the "dimension-hopping leviathon" line I would guess that the crew simply get transported to a dimension in which they ARE fictional characters in a TV show. Then they spend the episodes trying to find a way to hop back to they're own dimension, possibly popping up in other TV shows along the way. That way we still get the meta-fiction storyline (which has the potential to be very fun) but at the end of the story they get back to their own dimension, everything goes back to normal and the Red Dwarf Universe is still intact.
Why is Kryten dressed like a dart player?
Thank you, bluey!
I don't know, but in the large picture he almost looks fat enough to be a darts player.
Oh, that's so cool. Just love it and like the others have already said reminds me of the classic Dwarf style.
If nothing else, it is worth saying that Dimension Theory basically posits that all possibilities are played out across the infinite multiverse...
This picture really brings it home that its happening! (not that the other pictures didnt but seeing them on board Red Dwarf is just so much better!)
BTW isnt there something in the Geneva convention against shirts like the ones that Kryten is wearing?
Ah, thanks, Seb. Still a bubble-breaker, though.
If it hadn't been for Oliver Hardy the technique may never have happened at all.
Wow, this is all getting so totally amazing. Doesn't Craig look really spiffing in that suit
The cat looks as though he just got out of bed, or the shower.
*can't wait for specials*
This is very very exciting.
But I now reckon I've heard enough. This is the sort of precee that would appear in the Radio Times before any other episode. I don't want any surprises to be spoilt now!
I remember several comedy shows that spoilt my enjoyment by showing the best jokes in their trailers. The shows never lived up to my seeing the jokes the first time out-of-context. I hope Dwarf won't release any of the quality lines before the airing!
Isn't it a London Jets Zero G football poster?
It's really good to see them linking back to the early series.
Something else I'm very pleased about is that they're showing all the new shows back to back on Monday 13th (my birthday).
As I'm away all over Easter, I have to record them to watch when I get home and there's less chance of screwing it up if they're all on in one go.
that purple poster that was mentioned... is that not the 'Zero G Football Team'poster that was present in season 1/2?
Ahh well at least I got a response from ya Andrew - you know I love ya loads really and yep I know sometimes what 14 days feel like too.
I am just so excited to see that button!!!
