Off the top of my head...

BITR Pt. 1 - "have you seen this man, believed to be a french movie star"

Balance of Power - Holly: Jean-Paul Sartre said Hell was being locked forever in a room with your friends.
Lister: Holly, all his mates were French!

BTL - Rimmer acting like a French chef ("super" in French accent)

No it hasn't. The mention of Perrier in Better Than Life has been mentioned, but not the one in GOTA.

Actually the Gunmen of the Apocalypse reference was the reasoning behind the mention of the Better Than Life reference. I'm afraid both have been done.

    Peut-etre:

    Krytie TV - Lister: Voyeur(istic)
    AND
    Lister: entrepreneur

N.B Both English words, so dont give me points if they dont count!

OU - les deux sont aussi anglais, donc ne me donnez pas les points s'ils n'est pas mots francais corrects :-D

.Voyeuristic comes from the french word voyeuriste.
Entrepreneur comes from the French word... entrepreneur.
Sometimes, I don't know if I can count them like French words/references to France or like English words. It's not easy to say with this kind of words, they have crossed the Channel and made their own lifes!
I've decided I would count them only as a reference to France but not as French words.

.CLUE: You have all missed a big one in Krytie TV! ;-)

.EDIT: +1 for Ace Rimmer 165 :-) (I don't count Voyeuristic: it has already been mentionned before. But entrepreneur counts)
