Had a Series 2 re-watch last week. So many brilliant storylines and gags.
Back To Reality.
Watching 'Lemons' right this moment.
I wanted to see what it looked like on my new LCD HD TV around December/January. Despite not being the Blu-ray release, it looked very good indeed.
As well as being my favourite episode of Series X, I'd say it's up there with my favourites* of the show as a whole.
*Yes plural. I'm not sure I have one specific favourite.
We recently got Sky HD so I wouldn't mind Dave showing X again so I can see it in its HD glory.
Have Sky not got it on as an On Demand box set thingy ?
Oh, I never thought of that. Will have to check when I go home!
I last watched the first two episodes of series 1.
That would be Polymorph this afternoon while I was having my lunch. lol
Is Dave in HD?
I don't believe so.
Last episode I watched - The Beginning. (Actually I watched the whole of Series X today.)
Still a great episode although the bit at the start with Hoagie I found a bit irritiating, although I do like the idea of the character. And I wish the simulants were less soppy, although I liked The General character. (And the sword gag was good.)
Yes, series X is a good all round series. It does feel a bit different to the others, but not in an entirely bad way. I think the only episode I disliked was Dear Dave and it wasn't particularly bad. I just found it rather boring.
I was curious to find myself noticing certain things and gags which passed me by before. (Or maybe I just forgot them.)
Dave HD is
I can't get Dave HD
Last ep I watched was Queeg. Which was coincidently the first ever RD episode I saw too (on it's original airing).
Bodyswap with cast commentary earlier this evening.
Nor me, but hey ho
It seems more and more channels on Freeview are going HD so maybe one day.
Just coming near to the end of my latest Dwarf marathon!
My series 10 DVD got lost in the missus' lappy. Her dad managed to get it out at his house but I've still not got it back yet, and I love series 10
Anyway, last ep I watched was the finest ep of them all: Better Than Life
