Mr. Flibble puppet?

    I thought I did. They said "no extensions", so I made sure to send them something on Friday. It's clearly just bad luck.

    I’ve found this whole charade totally annoying. The effort we have all had to go through, Sarah has probably tried harder than anyone and got nowhere. Can’t they reopen your claim as at least 2 of us have got a refund? I know that some of the representatives at paypal are power crazed idiots and will be stating that the decision is final but surely it’s worth pointing out to them via email?

    I still haven't heard anything from them! Paypal are still reviewing it.

    I called them today and asked why I hadn't heard anything.
    Pointed out that 4 people had claimed.
    Wondered why we had all had different experiences.

    I got the standard, its taken as a case by case review.
    Every case is individual.
    I also got the, you can't believe everything that you read on a forum.

    I was told I should receive an email asking for additional information shortly and will have 10 days to respond.
    I'll let you know how it all goes.

    Paypal sent me THE email to provide additional information.
    I was told over the phone I have 10 days to submit information but the email says I have to submit it today!
    So I have had to call them again. Ridiculous :shock:
    I have been told someone form the claims department will call me tomorrow.
    I'll keep you posted.
    Sarah I did try and state how disgusted I was by this process and your lack of refund.

    OK so I have till the 29th, it was a typo!
    Paypal did call and apologise.
    Just waiting to here from James now.
    Sarah they said if you call up they can get someone to look into your case History.
    Maybe they can say why yours was rejected.

    Thanks to everyone on here, especially James.
    I have just had my £30 refund! Yay!
    Sarah I suggest you give them a ring because it was the only way I managed to move my claim forward.
    I know yours is closed but maybe you can ask why? It might be something wrong on their behalf.

    i want a real Mr F puppet! totally skint right now so my kids inflatable punch-bag penguin is my substitute! he plays annoying music and has balls inside his see-thru tummy. possibly a cousin?? lol
