What exactly happened to T-2? Are they still in business? I was wondering because were they not originally supposed to do a Rimmer Cat and Psiren bobblehead aswell?

Not enough bobble-heads were sold to warrant production of the new ones, apart from some Dwayne Dibbleys which were offered with the Beat The Geek video quiz game.

That does not surpries me. I dont see what people see in bobbleheads and yet there seems to be millions of them about across all sectors of tv, movie, and sport memorabillia

If they're going for £51 on e-bay I rather suspect a limited run of them would sell quite well and not too cheaply.

And really, how expensive could they be to make? As has been said before, some faux fur, googly eyes and a cloth bow-tie. You could probably have them manufactured for about 25 cents a piece in China. There are plenty of companies out there that do limited runs of promotional toys and items.

Heck, I was just at the sothern solid/hazardous waste conference in Gatlinburg, TN last week for work and TONS of the companies in the booth exhibit room where handing out all kinds of gadgets and toys, I even got this cute plush lizard toy (it was a plush version of the mascot for some company called Arcadis) that one booth was handing out - they can't cost that much if they're handing them out in the dozens for free. A glove puppet wouldn't be that much more complicated, the biggest expense would be the licensing, not the manufacturing.

That last one went for £46:shock: It wasnt in its original packet, was used, and the picture was not that of the item, but one off the T-2 website, so you could not see what you were buying. Sheesh thats a lot.

The used one went for just under £30, completely forgot to bid on it as it finished 2.30pm Friday.
The sealed on is up to £46 at the moment, think its still got a couple of days to go aswell.
