Another of my occasional sporadic reviews, of exploitation, noir, and obscure oddities

this time we're going back to a period when even I was young, 1975

The movie is the devil times five (or people toys)

This is a movie that firstly has one of the coolest titles ever. Secondly its a killer kid movie and it definitely falls into the cheaper end of the market. It has an awesome set up, five kids escape from a bus destined for the local loony bin. The movie itself has a strange stilted edge to it, due to cheap production and poor acting. However, this actually adds to the odd atmosphere, rather than hindering it.

As for the kids themselves. They are so creepy, not because they look and act constantly evil , but because they play and talk and act look like normal kids, then suddenly they will commit an insanely violent act, then the next second go back to being normal kids talking and playing again. Each of them has their own demented personality to. This movie is well worth a watch, if only for curiousity value, it also has a young lief garret in for any of you fellow forumers (particularly the U.S ones) who remember him.

the movie reminds me of a kiddie version of the devils rejects for some reason, partly due to the boxart, which is really cool and creepy, that I will try to insert a picture of

Sounds like a film I would have liked when I was much younger. These days I'm not sure I'd have the patience to sit through something like this.

I think I saw that. Sounds and looks familiar but will put it on my watch to do list for later.

I am STILL on the edge of my seat............................................

I disagree with Simulant's quote when he said the following about you:

"You contribute nothing to this place you horrible man...."

Really? I thought that's the kind of thing you'd agree with.

    I agree you contribute nothing
And that you’re a horrible man

Just not the rest of it

The rest of it? Take away those two things and there isn't anything remaining in the statement.
