I prefered every episode on the second viewing. The first time round I was too worried analysing everything and worried it would be rubbish. The second viewing was much more relaxed and enjoyable.

Oh, yes please... and hopefully by the end of 2013. :-D

As for the second viewing, I think I have watched them over a dozen times now. It would have been hard to wait as long as all the non UKer's have had to wait.

I've seen every episode two or three times, though the second and third times were within a couple of days of the original broadcast. I still haven't got round to watching my series X DVD apart from some of the extras, and it's something I'll hopefully get round to doing over the next few weeks. This will be the first time I've watched each episode after a long gap, and it'll be interesting to see how they hold up to my positive initial impressions.

I expect at least one episode, Dear Dave, to improve with repeated viewings.

Yeah it was easy to do that at the start.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. I'd like more too. The more I watch this series the more new things I find to appreciate about it. :-)

That was initially the one episode that left me feeling a tad (but not massively) disappointed, but I can honestly say that I have a whole new appreciation for it after watching it back a few more times. I find it to be an enjoyable episode and I actually think it helps balance the series out quite well. :-)

But, but why on earth have you not watched it yet? Has your DVD player broke down or something? ;-)

How long has the DVD been available in your corner of the world? :-) *snicker* A third viewing is a given, but I was hoping for another series.

I enjoyed the first viewing so much that I nearly choked to death (laughing+snacking=bad). I watched the series with the family on my second turn. Even skeptical Mr. Y. really enjoyed RDX.

I think I tend to like "Entangled" less and "Dear Dave" more with repeated viewings.

My perverse mind misread the word 'snacking'. (It substitued the 'n' for an 'm'.) It was quite an amusing image though.
