This is more ambitious than the haikus thread, but you might like it. The idea is to make a found poem, using fragments of dialogue from a single Red Dwarf script. The title, too, has to be a fragment.

Here are two I made from The End:

I'm still trying to do these, but it's really hard to do anything with series one that doesn't sound like Radiohead. And it's virtually impossible to come up with something that isn't super-gloomy.

To make it a bit more challenging, the fragments in this one all appear in script order.

You're going to hold it against me,
    That one mistake.
    Please.
    This is crazy.

I've only seen it on photographs,
    That's the problem.
    Where are we?
    Yonder.
    I'm home.

    We're happy here,

Yeah, I can't do this. I gave it a try, but the above attempt is embarrassing.

    You've got a lisp
    How's life in hippy heaven?
    I've broken the world record
    You stupid
    Jumped-up
    Filofax
    That's just the Jupiter Rise
    I like it like this
It makes me feel like a man
Like I'm some battery-powered sex aid
You'll probably even make it as a male model
    You can't sing, you know
    Rimmer!
    Rimmer!
    RIMMER!
    Pelting down the corridor
I'm doing what you said do
Well, it probably is deja vu
    It has happened
    It isn't happened
    Has it?
It has will have going to have happened happened
But it hasn't actually happened happened yet
    Actually
    It will be happened
It shall be going to be happening
    It will be
    Was
    An event
    That could will have been
    Taken place
    In the future

Not strictly found poems, but I can't do those.

    Yogurt Eaters by Dave Lister

Why do women always leave me?
Why do they dump me for men
    Who wear turtleneck sweaters
    And smoke a pipe?

    Natural yoghurt eaters!
    Reliable, sensible, dependable,
And lots of other words that end in "-ible."
    He's obsessed with house-prices
And spends half his life in antique fairs
Looking for bargains and drinking wine.

It's never beer, is it, it's always wine!

"What do you want on your cornflakes, darling?"
"Oh, I'll have some wine, please!"

Arnold's Sorrow by Arnold J Rimmer

Why does nothing ever go right for me?
Every time I get so much as a snifter of a break,
    A glimpse of happiness,
    Something inexplicably cruel
    And horrible comes along
And blows up in my face.

    Planet Engineering by Dave Lister

Those planet engineers really screwed up in a big way here,
    Playing god.

The evolutionary process threw up a life force
So much stronger and more deadly than any other species
Damn near wiped out everything on the entire planet.

Spreading despair and destruction wherever it stuck its ugly mush.

But I am not human, and neither are you.
And it is not our place to judge them.
    ..............................I wonder why you do?
