I never thought of the music extras, I agree about that being totally overlooked. It would have been great to see some extras footage of Howard Goodall composing and recording the music in his studio. For me that would have been a highlight to the extras.

Put something of that kind on the RDXII extras disk please. After all there is a lot more time to build the extras for RDXII than for RDXI. ;-)

And if you quoted my full post instead of just quoting part of it you would see it was in reply to what you said.:roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll:

I just had a thought... I know I know... That doesn't happen often.. I wondered if any hidden easter eggs might be included somewhere on the DVD's. I do doubt it very much but as I said, it was just a thought.

Was a bit disappointing, especially the one flimsy insert.

I enjoyed the extras personally, especially the behind the scenes documentary.

Haven't even looked at the extra's yet. I'm not a huge fan of them to tell you the truth. I may watch the deleted scenes but that's about it for me. The commentaries ...... well, I'm just not interested. Sometimes the special effects/modeling extras are mildly amusing when I'm bored. For me its all about the series itself.

I'll tip you off that the Smeg Ups were extra entertaining this series.

But having been to one of the recordings, like the deleted scenes, many were missed off!!

Yeah, the DVD extras weren't that hot. I thought the behind the scenes was kind of boring. Some of the deleted scenes were alright though. That bit where Lister sits down with the microwave and eats popcorn out of it was funny, they could've left that in the episode.
