Very funny, very character driven episode. Really enjoyed it. Robert Llewellyn was fab, as was one of the guest actors whose name I won't reveal here.

You're all in for a treat next year!

Was nice to meet Jed briefly, and I also need to comment on the spectacular entrance Seb made ;-)

    Overall a very entertaining evening.

Seb's entrance gets its own paragraph on my set report! Good to briefly meet you and your friend too! Could you see inside Starbug from where you were?

Dan can contest that the physical acting here is definitely on point.

Still nothing on Ganymede and Titan. Did you write it for them, Jed?

They've really not been on the ball much so far. Dunno why. Their set reports last series were really good.

It's because they are getting set reports from 2 different people, their promises are to get it up during the weekend....if they fail to have one on the weekend then maybe you have something to complain about, just be patient.

I could see a Starbug exterior, which was a wooden box painted green with star bug windows cut out of it. I don't think they were sat inside the box, it looked too small, but I think they use it if they want any shots of them through the window.

The physical acting was mostly on point. There was one sequence that could go either way when it's edited together. If it's edited correctly, the physical comedy will be fine. That's not to say the physical comedy was performed badly, written badly or completely over the top. It's a very specific sequence that will probably be enhanced with visual and sound effects. I hope I haven't said too much.

Getting together info for my review.
Someone there told me Chris seemed tired this time, any truth in that?

I know Dan said he seemed on form, but I think he looked REALLY tired. Almost lethargic. All the other guys were producing gold after every smegup, but Chris was quiet mostly. You'll see in my set report (if this bit gets included) but when cameras were rolling he was definitely on the ball, but as soon as they were off, he was quiet and solemn.

It didnt affect his performance one bit though, just to clarify.

I hope the continuity mistake mentioned isn't a really obvious continuity mistake because we are at that point where the show has been going for so long that we can't expect doug to remember everything but in that case i'd rather doug kept clear from stepping on continuity at all

These set reports do feel very honest though and not driven by the audience hype train which is good

Definitely sounding like it's not as solid as the previous 2 to based on the set report, however if we can avoid another mess like Dear Dave this season then I'll be happy.

It's not, don't worry. Most people won't even pick up on it.

I've been pretty vocal on my opinions of Dear Dave and I can assure you that this episode is nothing like that! It wasn't a bad episode by any stretch, it just wasn't as good as the other episode I saw recorded (Ep 1).

They've not had tickets to go to the recordings as they did last time, or last minute availability to try and get standby tickets, so they've been relying on people to volunteer to answer some questions so that they can put together a report, and that process obviously takes slightly longer.

Sad to hear that. I was at the first two shows but couldn't make it to this one and asked a fan that could to review. She mentioned Chris looking tired, I wanted confirmation to make sure. Though I did notice he looked/appeared tired the week before as well ...:-(
