We already told you that lister gets younger, not older. I don't see why you would think otherwise.
Are you willing to gamble your login on there never being another series of RD, then?
How would that wager work?
What are the terms?
I guarantee there will be a new series without a shadow of a doubt most probably 2014.
You just have to admire this bet from either side. I would have to side on the "yes there will be a new RD"
I agree, both series 1 and 2 came out in same year, they should strike while Dwarf is hot again. 2015 is like three years after Red dwarf x.:?
Personally I don't mind the wait, the wait for series X was very hard because Back to Earth had left me wanting more; Back to Earth answered so little and left the door open for so much that we absolutely needed another series and I was anxious for us to get one. When series X aired I was more than satisfied with the result and I no longer had the longing for more as I found that series X establishes a perfectly fitting status quo, indeed it would be mice to get series XI or XII sooner but I don't think we need another series as urgently as we did after Back to Earth aired. So during the wait I would rather try and enjoy what we have now, which I very much do. By the way 2015 seems to be quite a Sci Fi heavy year, I mean we've got Avatar 2, Star Wars Episode VII and now Red Dwarf XI! Or XII for those with a faulty keyboard.
Given that Series I took five years from first being written to actually making it onscreen, it's probably not the best example to use when citing "Look, they can do a series speedily"!
The sooner the better, the Dwarfers are going to be 60 soon.:?
I really don't get this argument. No idea how "old" the actors are...but 60 really isn't that old? I find the 50's to be a really attractive age, actually. I'm 32.
I agree that age shouldn't be an issue where the Red Dwarf crew are concerned. If anything advancing age will add to the premise.
Yeah, but I bet when you get to 50 you will wish you were still 32 lol:
Porridge, only fools and many lassies featured oldies and did really well
Don't take a new Series in 2015 seriously anyway even Richard Naylor said
about it on Twitter "Not sure where that date came from."
It could have even been Chris Barrie being misquoted, he could have said that with actors having other commitments it could take till 2015.....you know theoretically but the person wrote it like it was definitive fact
omg i can't wait for the new one! loved X
