I never watched it. Was it as terrible as I suspect it was?
What? Star Trek: The Next Generation is awesome. The first series is a bit bum but it gets hella good. Have you really never seen it?
I've seen bits and pieces and had it on in the background but never actually sat down and watched a full episode.
Whenever you are flipping through the channels and an episode of Star Trek TNG pops up - keep watching until Riker appears. He is your guide as to whether its an episode worth watching or not. If he has a beard, stick with it - you are in for a treat. If he doesn't have a beard, get the f*ck off that channel immediately because you are about to witness an episode from season 1 or 2.
Here is a poem to help you remember.
If Riker has a hairy face,
Prepare for exciting adventures in space.
If Riker's chin is smooth and clear,
Turn off your tv and don't go near.
I've watched several episodes. But not for him. Usually Data.
That's been on UK TV recently, I've watched a few. It's one of those shows that's just bad enough to be entertaining.
It's been repeating on TV Barrandov in CZ for 9 years.
I like your poem
If Morecambe and wise are on your TV
Then make sure it's there stuff from the BBC
There's another helpful one
I demand everyone watches Star Trek the next generation
