What an impressive set! The window is amazing. It's nice to have an impression of a 4-walled room rather than a 2 or 3 walled set of old.

Can't wait!

It really is a wonderful-looking set. Similar to, but more detailed than, the previous series' sets. They've even included Kryten's ironing board!

This update just makes me ever more excited about the new specials.

The Leopard lager drip made me chuckle. Fantastic looking set.

First time poster, be gentle. :-D

I love the photo of the new bunk sets on RD.co.uk! They look fantastic, like a merger of Series II and III styles. The window part does look very cool, feels very Red Dwarf. The console screens look very Series II to me in terms of the font and colours.

Very excited!

That window really is cool. The whole set feels more 'real' and I'm looking forward to the cinematic effect!

I assume there were a lot of people on RD that owned guitars and every time Listys gets lost or damaged, he simply helps himself to another. :-D

I love these photos of the brand new set, it's great, its got everything that the original series III - V set had, but with excellent and very welcome additions. The window is very good, I hope they have so it views starbug's take off/Landing bay, like on the series III, IV and V Dvd's, or onto the cargo bay, like in the unused sequence from the remastered series from The End or something other majorly cool for us to all stare at as we welcome back the Red Dwarf crew with open arms!!

Never mind the guitars. I want to know where the motorbike came from.

Only 2 that I know of. One is in America, and the other one I have. Don't forget the Cat smashed one to bits!

It's Lister's new space bike! It came from the JMC bike shop on Titan.

I believe he meant the crew of Red Dwarf, becuase of events like The Cat smashing one Lister goes around the bunks of Red Dwarf and takes one.

No I meant crew members in the Dwarf universe, not real life. :-)
I know that Mr guitar got broken by Mr Cat, it was more a minor annoyance that the props department can recreate a zero G football poster from 21 years ago but can't decide if Lister plays a natural wood acoustic 'Ovation' style guitar or a black electric 'Gibson' style or a union jack 'Fender' like the one shown. ;-)

That would be something wouldn't it, imagine if the first scene we see turns out to be someone looking through that window to see starbug returning from the latest scavenge....

Oooo*squeel* love it!
I just love the fact you can see more of the goings on.
I hope they still have those talking appliances, little scudder bots and talking bathroom stuff? Those are just hilarious.
Speaking of which, I wonder why there wasn't ever a talking scratching post?

I second a need for a demented talking vending machine or domestic appliance. :-D

I always did love the rotating bog / sink thing. I really need to get one of those installed.

It's beautiful! There is continuity and more. The level of detail is amazing close-up, and it goes far beyond Red Dwarf of the past. It's grey, but not ocean or military.
