Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 3, episode 6: "Band Candy"

A fun episode. I like it a lot.

I'm gonna have to give that show a go. Sounds like it could be my sort of thing. :-)

Last show I watched was Buffy, season 3, episode 8: Lovers Walk.

Another great episode, one in which one of my favourite characters returns to Sunnydale. 8-)

I got a pointless answer with Geoffrey Hughes in a round about sitcoms. And then I got another final round pointless answer despite it being about cricket, which is something I can't stand. I correctly guessed that Mathew Hayden was a Wisden Cricketer of the Year in the 2000s.

I feel like not a lot has happened in Season 3 so far but at the same time I'm just totally hooked on it and for some reason I feel it's the strongest season yet. I literally spend my whole week looking forward to the next episode.

This one is my current favourite quiz show.

    Pointless

Two more final round pointless answers: Rutherfordium for chemical elements containing the letter d and Amadeus for Academy Award winning films containing d.

Currently watching House Of Cards (original UK version). Never seen it before, but am finding it really really good! Having just watched The Thick Of It before this, I'm in the mood for 90's UK Politics. So much more fun than the modern day political circus where the Tories don't even try to pretend to like the everyday folk....

The UK version is also making me appreciate the US version even more than I already do. All the same plot elements are there, but style and tones are so different from each other. It's a great adaptation that feels original...

I don't want to embed the video onto the thread (that would be against the rules in this case due to the language used). I wanted to link to it with the words "Four Men in a Car", but all I see is a link icon to paste in the url. And even that doesn't seem to work (unless my browser is blocking it).
