Finally finishing up Person of Interest... real shame that got cancelled.. mind you my personal opinion is it died for 2 reasons:
    1. When launched, no one knew about the NSA and everyone thought it was science fiction... now we know it is true and it hits too close to home. Imagine someone who has survived cancer having to watch "The Fault in our Stars"
    2. The American necessity of making 20 or more episodes. Most of the great arcs of the show were 8 or 10 episode arcs at most... stretching it to 20+ really added a lot of fluff that bogged it down.

    Game of Thrones 7.1

A good dialogue-heavy episode that. That opening sequence was a wonderful start to the new season, and there was a nice little cameo from a certain famous singer.

I've been watching far too much NCIS. It's surprisingly addictive.

Don't you have Sky, PJH? They show each episode of Thrones in sync with the USA at 2.00 a.m. UK time.

The singer cameo annoyed me. Too gimmicky. What's he got to do with it. He's a popular modern singer so he might as well turn up in a popular modern tv programme? I was more appreciative of the actor cameo in the same scene.

One of the actors is annoying me that I can't work out who it is. I think he was in horrible histories but may know him from somewhere else.
It was the maester Sam was talking to doing the autopsie.

Malcolm in the Middle - double episode where Reese joins the Army. Watched the first part on tv while I was eating dinner and the second part on dvd.

Is Ed Sheeran even an actor? It's like product placement. It might as well have had "new album out now" underneath it.

That's Jim Broadbent. The IMDb should tell you where you know him from.

Most recent episode of Game of Thrones. I think this is my favourite episode so far this season.

I was hoping she'd catch Jamie. His escape seemed too easy to me. She saw him charging her, she must have seen he was the commander. She also must have seen his golden hand and known who he was. Surely she'd have instructed the Dothraki to capture him. Surely Tyrion would want to make sure he didn't drown. What was going on there. Jamie Lannister goes in a lake and no one says anything.
