    Beyond a joke (about Able)

In which episode did Cat come in wearing a baseball glove and say "hey, nice outfit" to Lister?

Ah... oops! :eek:ops: In that case, the answer is Back In The Red Pt: 2, which funnily enough, I just watched again a couple of weeks ago. lol It's in the scene where Kryten tells Kochanski that he's been classified as a woman. :-)

Which episode was the first to feature a close relative of one of the main 4 cast members and who was it?

I think that's Emile Charles in Timeslides.

A scene from which series 2 episode appears in the opening titles of series 3?

Wasn't it Ouroboros? A baby Lister played by DJJ's little brother/nephew??? He was also at the recording of The Beginning and DJJ introduced him. 8)

As there's a question unanswered, I'll repost it as my question:

I believe the correct answer is Timeslides. In that episode, Emile Charles, the younger brother of Craig Chaarles, plays a teenage Lister, singing the "Om" song with his band "Smeg And The Heads". :-)

In a related question, the bass player and drummer in "Smeg And The Heads", are members of which death metal band?

Hint: Craig Charles gets this wrong in the commentary for this episode, saying they are from Napalm Death. Only the drummer (Who's actually a guitarist in reality) actually played in that band, but both he and the bassist played in another death metal band (which I've also been a huge fan of for many years), what is the name of that band?

    timeslides was the first though.....

Does anyone know if Craig has another brother? I was once in Spain and visited a bar called Lister's which had loads of RD memorabilia in it and was introduced to a bloke who I was told was craig's brother....did I dream it ir is this the same bloke?

That's probably the dude then. I was hammered and slurred a hello and then smashed a glass on the floor of his bar....he was really really thrilled to meet me.

Anyway, as Strat said.....there's a question unanswered.....

Well this game has ground to a halt. Is it because the next person has to answer three questions?

    Ouroborous IIRC

The Gravestone being dropped from Thanks for the Memory.

    No idea, sorry.

Do I get any points for (I think) getting two out of three, or at least having a go at them?

Edit, at least I think those are the three unanswered, it's got a bit confusing at this point.

    The band's name is Carcass.

Now whose turn is it to ask a question?

I think it's my turn to ask one.

What's the episode where Lister is in the bath and Kryten tells him that Kochanski got sucked out of an airlock? I have a feeling it's from season 9, the best season ever if you ask me.

Ironically despite that being a joke it's actually true lol (we hear of that happening in BTE the "actual series 9" during a metaseries discussion) love it.

"I'm gonna pass by knowing things" - episode?:-D

The answer is Marooned. :-) Only Rimmer, Lister, Kryten, The Cat and Holly feature in that episode, and it was the first episode where only the main characters featured.

@Bluey: Yep, Carcass was the right answer! Dobbin the whacked out, crazy hippy drummer, and Gazza from Smeg And The Heads, are actually guitarist Bill Steer and bassist Jeff Walker from Carcass.

What episode is the second to have Kryten call Rimmer a "smee-hee"?
