As a non-native english speaker, RD helped me a lot to learn english
and speak it better. It's not perfect but still better than Rimmer
trying to speak in esperanto! :-)

i remember when i was 16 (14 years ago...) my friends and i played a game of Trivial Pursuit board game. i remember as we were young we all found the questions hard but there were about 5 of my questions i could answer due to episodes of Red Dwarf like

who accompanied Scot to the north pole - Oats
who tried a failed assassination on hitler - Von Stauffenberg

    and so on...

    very educational program altogether!

...and i won thanks to the show! :-D

Thats a good one. I had to write an article for my gcse english exam last week titled 'influences'. We had to pick a person, real or fictional, who has had an influence on our lives and analyse why.
See if you can guess who I wrote about...

To pee or not to pee will continue to be a question that plagues both man and woman-kind for centuries to come....:P

It taught me that if a job's worth doing, it's worthing do well. If it's not worth doing, give it to Rimmer.

One of the most important lessons, which I learned from both "Out of Time" and "DNA", is that you have to accept what you have. Goin' back and changing things could lead to disaster, if it was ever possible. Also, be careful what you wish for...
