About the only thing so far that I dislike is that the board no longer tells you how many new messages there are since the last time you marked all of them read.

Indeed it is. Despite a couple of small grievances, I'm so glad to leave that primitive old forum behind.

I really like that I have now read things which I, myself, have just posted. It gives me a sense of credibility.

I want to see about changing this, yeah - it is a little small!

I never even noticed those little circles. those are handy. My sausage fingers would never be able to hit them on my phone though.

I can just about press them without touching anything else, though yes, bigger circles would be welcome.

I responded elsewhere. You don't need to touch the circles! The thread title links to the first unread post, just like the circle does. The circle is more just an indication that you have read the thread recently and there have been new posts in it since. You don't have to click/touch it though.

The New Posts link lists any new posts since they were marked read, and there's a count underneath. Not quite at a glance, but it's generally the only place I go to find new content anyway.

Not sure I like having 'new profile posts' displayed on the front page. I want my love poems to be private.

I'm curious as to why you have to type a reason now if you want to delete a post. Do deletions have to be approved by a moderator before they're accepted?

You don't have to provide a reason. It's optional. Moderators can see deleted posts and the reasons. The deletion reason is actually more useful when there's a big team of moderators and it is a moderator deleting a post, but we still show it to everyone else in case they want to provide a reason.

Is it possible to add date of registration to the Registered Members page, and make it sortable by date instead of alphabetically?

My computer reported a virus when I entered the Red Dwarf Universe section of the forum. I don't know if it was here specifically or just a coincidence though as I had lots of tabs open elsewhere.

Just a heads up if a check should be made. The threat reported 'clip art' however, so I think it might relate to a member's signature pic, or something like that. Could be a false negative.

Could we have an option to change the date around, so it reads "8 May 2017", rather than "May 8 2017"?

Good idea. It would be nice if we could all choose our own date format.
