When I clicked on register it went to some weird postcard that flips round. I don't get it!

I was thinking of going but I won't be able to get there in time as I finish work at 3pm and London's a good 2.5 hrs away for me! If it was at 6pm I probably would have though!

I called a mate and she's up for it.

I'm referring to meeting up with me for the outing, those of you with a dirty mind. We're only mated in the colloquial sense of the word (and she's already spoken for anyway.) I think she's only a passing fan, but she enjoys it when she sees it. (Oo-er!)

That sounds like a good idea, as I'm free that day. The thing is London scares me being a Brummie. How do you get there by car with the congestion charge and all. Not to metion parking and getting to the actual Location.

You could drive down and park somewhere in Greater London, then get the tube. Train will be much quicker though and cost more or less the same. Fortunately I have nothing to do tomorrow so I'll be there.

Well I'm getting there at 2pm and grabbing lunch. I probably won't be the first there but I'm certainly not going to be the last. :-D

I'm sooo excited. Might take my video camera too. My boss thinks I'm mad for taking unpaid leave to go. lol

I'm really excited now about seeing the cast and meeting some of you guys.

If it had been any other week I wouldn't have been able to come. Fortunately I'm a teacher and its my Easter hols. :-D

Wondering whether to wear my "Let's get out there and Twat It!" shirt that's about 15 years old. It's a bit fragile and might fall apart at the slightest sign of sweat

everyone wants more publicity right?? get as many people down on Wednesday as possible and try and re-create, in a less violent way, the scenes from the City last week lol ... would certainly get some news coverage!

My mate called today and told me she probably wont make it as she's got work to do. (Sigh!) We might meet later though.

Anyhoo... I'll still probably come. Checking my A-Z, I noticed the closest tube station appears to be Green Park which is on the District and Picadilly Lines. In case that helps someone.

Oxford Circus(District,Bakerloo and Central) is also fairly close (although it looks more of a trek than GP. That ones a bit better for me on the tube side (one line for me) but a slightly longer walk.

I'm guessing Carbug's location being London bares no continuity that in the episodes it turns up in Manchester

If it'd been around there somewhere I'd have made my way, but London would just cost an absolute bomb. Shame really, waited 10 years and I can't make a simple public press outing, sigh... maybe in 2029 eh?

I think Bond street is probably the easiest and most direct route to the square.
