Will the Blu-Ray have DTS sound?

    And will it be mastered with every fifth frame blended with the ones on either side ? By doing this on the "Back to Earth" disc they created a sort of "filmic" frame rate look which ruined it for me. It didn't look like (or as good as) the original Dave HD broadcast.

    I'm not sure if this was a hangover from a UK to US conversion (50Hz to 60Hz) or an unavoidable issue with Blu-ray. I've heard it said that Blu-ray doesn't support 1080i50. If so, they need to address this from the outset, perhaps by mastering a 1080p version and using that as the source for the 1080i broadcast, the Blu-ray and any DVDs.

    1080i50 is part of the Blu-Ray standard AFAIK.
    DTS was on Back to Earth so I hope it is on this one as well.
