My dad was watching a comedy video that was making a canible joke about picnic at hanging rock. People take the micky out of things that they respet so I think it still is to a certain extent since it still get mentioned in other media.

No I haven't but I will look out for it. My current favourite Aussie movie is Red Dog. Its a family friendly drama.

Never did watch that zombie movie last night. Maybe tonight. "Zombieland" ....... hmmmm haven't seen that in a while. "Zombie Strippers" ? ....... maybe something more traditional ..... "Day of the Dead".. probably be one of those three. But was also thinking "Dracula : The Untold Story" ..... I've only seen it once and liked it a lot. That could be it.... Zombies are a ... lol ....all year monster. ... but Dracula is more .. Halloweeny if you know what I mean.

Dracula Untold won out. Pretty decent. Still gonna watch a more frightful kind of movie tonight though. Still haven't decided.

my last recommendation, I promise! is 'the dark below', a story of a woman who has to escape a serial killer, by surviving in a frozen lake, those who enjoyed 127 hours should get a kick out of it

Yeah I have them both too.

While I agree with you that The Devils Rejects is great, I don't think The House of 1000 Corpses is "smege" by any means. As good as D.R. ? No, but not terrible and I'd much prefer to watch it again than Rob's abomination "31".
