Ready? Good. Now, flick to February 10th and write this down: Virgin Megastore, Oxford Street, London. Because at 12.30 to 2.00pm on that illustrious day the stars of Red Dwarf will be gathering for a signing session at the launch of Series II on DVD.

Already confirmed are Craig Charles and Danny John-Jules, with an appearance by Doug Naylor also looking likely. Norman Lovett will unfortunately be away on tour, but Chris Barrie has recently also been confirmed - keep an eye on reddwarf.co.uk for updates. (The website's representative will also be at the event, so don't forget to be nice to him, smile for the camera and try not to ask where his penguin is.)

For fans in London, get ready to make a dash for it in your lunch break. For everyone else, it's time to start booking days off and grabbing train tickets.
