16 November, 2012

If you're already getting withdrawal symptoms from not seeing the Red Dwarf cast on your screens on a weekly basis - then fear not! This coming Monday, 19th November presents a veritable feast of Dwarfer action, thanks to a variety of guest interview appearances on both TV and radio. So get your PVR boxes at the ready if you want to catch Craig, Chris, Robert and Danny in the following places...

Dwarfers On The Box

9am-11am - Channel 5
Robert Llewellyn will be appearing on magazine discussion programme The Wright Stuff. We don't have a precise time for his appearance, but the show runs from 9-11am, and guests will often pop up throughout the programme aside from their main interview.

10.30-11.30am - ITV1
Craig Charles, meanwhile, will be on popular mid-morning show This Morning over on ITV1. A bit of a This Morning veteran thanks to his Coronation Street role, Craig should be appearing at some point in the hour after half ten.

11.30am - BBC 6Music (Radio)
Meanwhile, there's a pre-recorded interview with Robert scheduled to go out on the BBC's digital music station, during Lauren Laverne's show...

11.45am - Kerrang! Radio
... while rock station Kerrang! will feature an interview with Chris Barrie and Danny John-Jules at roughly the same time.

If you're wondering what this flurry of activity is all about - well, of course, it can't have escaped your notice that this very Monday happens to be the release date of the Red Dwarf X DVD and Blu-ray in the UK. So naturally, in addition to sharing all manner of fascinating anecdotes, the cast will no doubt be reminding listeners of that very fact.

So once you've rushed out to pick up your own copy, or snatched it from the grasp of the postman, don't forget to settle down and watch our boys running the publicity gauntlet...
