Full House At EM-Con

The crew reunite for Nottingham convention.

16 January, 2015

It's starting to seem like Nottingham is the place to be for Red Dwarf fans in 2015. Of course, Dimension Jump XVIII, which is taking place in the city for the first time, is just a few short months away - but if you can't wait until May to get your fix of convention action, then the EM-Con (East Midlands Convention) in March has a very tempting guest lineup as well.

Full House At EM-Con

Indeed, we can't recall the last time any convention managed to get a full complement of Red Dwarf series regulars, past and present, in one place at the same time. But that's what the EM-Con organisers have done - and so (subject to the usual provision for work commitments) all of Craig Charles, Chris Barrie, Danny John-Jules, Robert Llewellyn, Norman Lovett, Hattie Hayridge and Chloë Annett will be in attendance!

To take advantage of this impressive gathering, as well as the usual opportunity to get autographs and photos from the actors' own tables, there'll be a special Red Dwarf photoshoot with all seven cast members. It's not cheap - a ticket, which must be booked in advance to get you on the list, will set you back £80 - but it's an incredibly rare opportunity to get yourself one very special photo with all the main cast.

The convention takes place at the Capital FM Arena Nottingham on Sunday 15th March, and a general entry ticket costs £8 in advance (you can also buy them on the door on the day for £10, but advance purchase is highly recommended). Alternatively you can purchase special "Silver", "Platinum" and "Gold" tickets for various additional rewards (including photoshoots). All of these tickets are limited in number - and the Red Dwarf shoot is already selling fast! - so get in there quick if you want to grab one...
