'Twas the night before Christmas, the forum was dead,
No topics were stirring, not one little thread,
With nothing in "recent", except for a list
Of pretty old posts with a seasonal twist,

And though I kept hitting refresh on the site,
And sat through the evening and half of the night,
Nobody came with a tale to be told -
Not even a spambot. Not even @neilold.

Suddenly then there arose such a chatter
On Twitter I thought, what on Earth is the matter?!
Looking at profiles I often perused,
I found myself more than a little confused:

"Why all the favourites, replies and retweets
    When @DougRDNaylor is listing repeats?
    #TROJAN #MECHOCRACY #LEMONS #DEARDAVE
    #KRYSIS #ENTANGLED #SAMSARA #TIMEWAVE..."

But then I saw something that seemed very queer:
Six of the titles were new for next year!
I sprang from my chair feeling joyous inside
'Cos #RD13 WAS NOW TRENDING WORLDWIDE!

Doug let us play our predictable games
(Like "who can decipher the episode names?")
But tweeted, before he abandoned the site:
"A smeggin' good Christmas to all, and goodnight!"

    Merry Christmas, forum! :thanks:

    Nice :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Also this wasn't even the worst Christmas poem he did. Luckily it's lost on the old forum.

More like A Twit Before Christmas. Don't ever post another of these poems on the forum please. Just write them down at home and then nobody else will have to suffer them.

At winter time, its freezing cold, and I feel all rough and fluey.
But no matter how bad I feel, I'm not as miserable as @Bluey

Well, it rhymes at least. That's the best thing I can say about it. But your poetry is even worse than that of @jmc2000, Ant. Stick to doing the things that you're good at - such as randomly bumping ancient threads for no good reason.
