    No.

No, it isn't acronym. It's really the belt, which is part of Cat's wardrobe, so your answer is wrong.

Well if its definitely in Back to Earth and that's not the right answer then it must be Series X as anything after that would contravene the spoiler policy and result in an automatic ban.

I'll guess Dear Dave, maybe when he's doing the charades thing.

Spotted it! It occured to me that Cat isn't necessarily wearing the belt, and given you started the thread about background details, I went looking for it in Cat's quarters. End scene of Can of Worms, in the background.

    • Women's universe - Parallel Universe
      Backwards universe - Backwards
      Ace's dimension - Dimension Jump
Possibly nazi military base from Stoke Me A Clipper could be parallel universe
      Kochanski's universe - Ouroboros
Mirror universe - Only The Good...
It could also be despair squid halucinations, as Kryten says in BtE.

Correct again! Although I'm not sure Backwards is a parallel universe per se, I read it as our Earth in the future/past. In the far future the universe will start rewinding, and the Dwarfers travel through a time-hole to the point where it's rewinding through 1989. So it's in the future or the past depending on what time even is, but it's our universe. Anyway, your question.

Write all polymorphs, Red Dwarf crew had met with.

    The one in Polymorph.
    The one in Emohwak.
The one in Can of Worms.

The second Polymorph in Polymorph was never seen by the crew as far as we know. They never see it in the original episode. In the Remastered episode we get a tacked-on ending saying it never did anything and died of old age in Lister's clean underpants drawer. Which I'm not sure I understand, did it sneak out for food and water and they never noticed?

We DO see the 2nd Polymorph in Polymorph, it has morphed into Lister and is seen following them as the very last shot.

So 2 in Polymorph, 1 in Emohawk, and 10 I think in an episode we're not supposed to talk about in a series we're not supposed to talk about in this conference though everyone does.

We see it, but the crew don't.

I think the joke was it hid in his clean underpants drawer ready to pounce but Lister never opened his clean underpants drawer as he's such a slob.

Hmmmm decent point, but they definitely meet with more than one in the XI episode.

The crew met the 2nd polymorph, but didn't know, it was polymorph. But they had to defeat him somehow, we just didn't see it in the episode.

    SO...
    2 in Polymorph
    1 in Emohawk
XI episode - not 1, not 10. Try again.

    But it isn't all...

    I make it

    1 in Polymorph
    1 in Emohawk
    9 in Can of Worms

OK, the 2nd one is debatable and Can of Worms is now right, but you are still forgetting one, which we don't see but crew does...

See this is why we steer clear of list questions.

I give up. The only other reference to Polymorphs I can think of is in BtE when Rimmer suggests the scale in the bath-tub is from when the Polymorph was a snake, but I assumed that was the same Polymorph.

That's the last one, I meant. It can't be the same polymorph - this happened between Only the good... and BtE, all polymorphs had to be dead by that time.

    Anyway, your turn.

I thought he meant it might have been still there from the original Polymorph, because he mentions it turning into a snake, and we saw the Polymorph do that.

When Rimmer and his brothers played Three Musketeers, who did Rimmer play.

Oh and just re-watched it, the gentleman was talking about Red Dwarf and it's memorabilia, he referred to the snake the polymorph turned into, hence clearly the original one.

I think this thread is what you need.
