Dimension Jump IX - as you may have noticed - has been launched by The Official Red Dwarf Fan Club, and reddwarf.co.uk will be joining in the fun! Having offered the first chance to attend the latest Red Dwarf Weekend to its members, The Official Red Dwarf Fan Club has now opened up the doors to fans everywhere.

You can download application forms for the club and DJ from the Officers' Club. But if you're unsure about what goes on at a Red Dwarf Weekend, you can also take a look at our report from DJ2K - the first DJ of the millennium, and the place this very site first launched.

Red Dwarf Weekends are traditionally attended by the cast of the show, as well as some of the magnificent behind the scenes team. Want to get close to Chris or Chloë, or maybe ask Doug Naylor a burning question? Now just might be your chance. In amongst the games, autographs and cabaret there are question-and-answer sessions designed to let you hear your favourite member of the Red Dwarf team on whatever subject you like.

Coventry's Royal Court Hotel will be hosting the event from Friday, March 22nd to Sunday March 24th. Registrations received before October 1st will receive a £5 reduction, but members of the club are extra lucky and get another £10 off! With the registration fee for the club standing at only £12, you could see it as only £2 for four issues of BTL if you join up while registering for Dimension Jump!

Fan Club members have exclusive access to the password-protected BTL Online area of the Club website, which right now has the first emerging details of what you can expect from DJIX. Right now this includes news that Hattie Hayridge has joined the convention team! Even this far off, it's starting to look pretty spectacular...
