Incompetence Unleashed

The new Rob Grant novel, not a description of Rimmer's exam technique.

19 December, 2003

The long-awaited book from Rob Grant follows his previous sci-fi odd-essy Colony with a story of murder, secret agencies and people who are quite appallingly bad at their jobs. A story where the chances of being able to call the person you want simply by dialling their number are about as good as Holly winning a 'best toupee' competition.

Incompetence Unleashed

This is the world of Incompetence - a future where someone cannot be fired simply for being utterly useless. A world where European rule has straightened cucumbers and left our hero wearing shoes comprised of vegetable matter. The main character's frustrations at keeping something on his feet will, rest assured, be very much felt by the reader as he travels the world in search of a killer.
