The USA gets Red Dwarf III and IV this week.

It's hard to know whether to feel good or bad about the Stateside release of Red Dwarf on DVD. On the one hand, those poor guys have had to wait since November for a glimpse of the Series III discs that fans in the UK an Australia have already watched to death.
On the other hand, the Region 1 release of Series IV - happening on February 3rd - is nearly two weeks ahead of the UK date. Which means that the wealth of bonus material - cast commentary, deleted scenes, outtakes, documentaries and a ridiculous load more - will be in American hands before British fans get their own skutter-like claws on them.
But really, guys, it's not worth an international incident. After all, the poor wretches in Region 4 are cursed with the far-off hell of March 10th!
