The Red Dwarf cast align for something of a reunion in March.

6 February, 2004

You have to hand it to Showmasters - their London Film and Comic Con must be second only to the Fan Club's own Dimension Jump Weekend when it comes to bringing the Red Dwarf cast together.

Currently due to appear at the event - held over the weekend of March 6th and 7th in the Wembley Exhibition Centre - are Craig Charles, Danny John-Jules, Robert Llewellyn, Chlo Annett, Norman Lovett and Mac McDonald. Word has also reached us that CP Grogan and Chris Barrie have been approached, though no definite news yet.

On top of this, The Prop Store of London have confirmed that they'll be displaying some Dwarf props, models and costumes. Obviously, it's safer to steer clear of Lister's long-johns, but otherwise this is not to be missed.

This is the first LFACC and the guest list is wonderfully eclectic. It ranges from Val Kilmer, Adam West (TV's Batman) to familiar SF favourites such as Claudia Christian, Brent Spiner and LeVar Burton - not to mention a Blake's 7 cast reunion. Lord of the Rings stars John Rhys Davies, Andy Serkis, Thomas Robins and Sala Baker will also be around, but a Special Mention should go to Tony Todd - the Candyman himself, source of the scariest voice on film since The Exorcist.

Meanwhile, Craig Charles and Robert Llewellyn will be joining The Stamp Centre once again for Memorabilia at the Birmingham NEC on April 17th and 18th. And Chlo Annett will be following in Craig and Danny's footsteps as she arrives in Holby - her Casualty appearance can be seen on BBC1, Saturday, February 7th at 8.10pm. Do these guys ever get to go home?!

STOP PRESS: The organisers have confirmed to reddwarf.co.uk that Chris Barrie has now also been confirmed to attend. Can this thing get any better?!
