Christmas Tale

Want to know what the crew do at Christmas? Here's where you find out...

14 December, 2007

Red Christmas. It's brand-new Red Dwarf, written by Doug Naylor, and only available via your mobile phone.

Christmas Tale

Subscribers to the mobi service should be able to see the first of this two-part story next week. Part two will follow a week later - which is only smegging Christmas itself! That's about as festive a piece of scheduling as you'll get. Check out our early report to see the cast in action.

Better yet, the Red Dwarf mobisodes, wallpapers and voicetones are now available to purchase individually!

Users from Vodafone, T-Mobile, or O2 can log on to their provider's WAP sites and pick up pay-per-item content. Check either the Film, TV, DVD or Pictures sections depending on the service and take your pick! (We especially recommend the Rimmer and Kryten voicetones.)

Back to the new mobisodes and story details are locked up tighter than Rimmer's wallet - beyond the revelation that this will, indeed, be a 'Christmas special' - but the presence of Chris Barrie and Robert Llewellyn pretty much guarantees appearances by Rimmer and Kryten...

ADDITIONAL: Red Dwarf Christmas wallpapers have now been added to Pitch's impressive festive update. Come for the mobiside, stay for the art!

To sign up for the remarkable Red Dwarf mobile service text 'RD6' to 87000. Details, terms and conditions can be found at www.red-dwarf.mobi.
