It's time to find out if playing characters of artificial intelligence has rubbed off. Robert "Kryten" Llewellyn and Hattie "Holly" Hayridge (seriously, they had their middle names changed by deed poll) are appearing this winter in Celebrity Mastermind.

Hattie is up first, competing against Shameless actor James Threlfall, Gadget Show presenter Ortis Deley and Casualty actor James Redmond. That episode airs on Thursday, December 30th.

Robert's episode airs on Tuesday, January 4th. He'll be butting brains with journalist Michael Buerk, Children's TV presenter Carrie Burnell and Rab C Nesbitt actress Elaine C Smith.

The shows, hosted by John Humphrys, go out on BBC1 at 9pm.
